● Source resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.
● Conduct phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; document these interviews.
● Coordinate interviews between candidates and customers to accommodate the hiring manager’s schedule
● Work directly with our customers to ensure the job descriptions attract the desired candidate profile
● Draft compelling job postings utilizing competitive market data
● Involve in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.
● Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
