- Assisting hotel's guest on fixing/troubleshooting internet connections - Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps - Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Senior Engineers to resolve more advanced issues when necessary - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
