I have 7 years of experience in the field of sales and administrative jobs. As a sales associate, I have been tasked to do coordinating with client, operations and head office in Singapore, monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and providing relevant reports and information, maintaining and developing existing and new customers through telemarketing, generating appointments, collecting appropriate account information and identifying contacts at each prospect, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. As an administrative associate, I have been tasked to researching and creating presentations, preparing and monitoring invoices, filing and processing all permits and certifications, organizing and schedule meetings and appointments, submitting and reconciling expense reports, and providing information by answering questions and requests. Also, I can do basic task like; Data entry with the use of Google docs and spreadsheet, manage Dropbox and Goggle drive, set appointments with internal/ external clients through emails. I can use all Microsoft, all Google, and some Apple office apps, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Canva and Movie Maker. I can communicate well in the English language and have a typing skill of 60 wpm to assure good service. I am efficient in multi-tasking. I am dedicated to work well. I can adapt to all situation. I am a fast learner and a team player. I am passionate and eager to learn new things. I can assure to deliver fast, efficient, and precise results, and to work professionally.
