Our team of PHP developers works hard to make sure we follow good coding practices and build some thing which would be of long term use to your organization. - As a project development practice, we embark upon any project by allocating a business analyst who interacts with clients to understand the business requirements and capture in a requirements doc. This is shared with the clients to vet & sign-off the requirements. - Our technical analyst work with this business analyst and designs the database structure and backend architecture. - The project is setup on our online project management tool where in every feature is well defined for the developers team. - Every developer is supposed to update the feature development status by end of everyday on the online project management tool. This status update can be viewed by the clients at any time 24x7. - The under-development builds are uploaded online on our staging server so that clients can review it. The upload happens when a particular milestone / sub-milestone is achieved. - The clients get opportunity to review and provide feedback to the team on every developed feature. - Once the under development project is qa verified and approved by the clients, the same is uploaded on client's testing server. We understand, at the beginning of any relationship trust needs to be built bit by bit. We would be happy to work on your pilot project so that you can be sure about the quality of work we deliver.
