Most website projects do not miss deadlines because the work is hard. They miss because scope drifts, feedback arrives half-formed, and nobody wrote down what was agreed on Monday’s call. My job is to make sure that does not happen to yours.
I coordinate website delivery for agencies, founders, and small teams, primarily on Webflow, WordPress, and Elementor. Before I moved into project management. That background shapes how I run projects: read the brief carefully, document what was decided, chase evidence, and never assume a verbal agreement will hold once someone goes on leave.
My role sits firmly on the delivery side, I work closely with designers and developers, translate client feedback into clear tickets, review progress against scope, run QA checks on staging links, and keep the project moving between the people who own each part of the work. You bring the build team, or I can help you find one; I make sure they have what they need to deliver on time.
• Website project coordination from kickoff to launch (Webflow, WordPress, Elementor)
• Sprint planning, backlog grooming, RAID logs, and highlight reports clients will actually read
• Client feedback loops that stay structured instead of turning into ten reply-all threads
• Vendor and contractor sourcing, briefing, and quote comparison
• SOPs and process documentation other people can genuinely follow
• Executive and virtual assistant support when a founder needs a second brain
Tools I use every week
