11 Seven Group is an E-Commerce Consultancy Firm based in Noida, India. Our founders, Sachith and Sonam, began with over 12 years of experience in the industry, at giants like Flipkart, Snapdeal and Infibeam, and assisted more than 15 Brands to grow their businesses from the ground up.
We work with the client on understanding their vision for the brand/product and what are the goals they are planning to achieve. We believe it be a pivotal part of relationship with the client as through the discussion we are able to understand their expectations and by providing ideas and plans our clients are able to understand the expertise we are capable of providing.
Our dedicated teams work on the different processes of the Warehousing, Pricing, Marketing and Delivering of the product. Our Logistics Management Team can audit the inventory of the product and manage it according to the demand in the market to reduce inavailalibity in the market and reduce loss by over stocking. They also reduce the delivery period by managing the delivery system on the various platforms.
Our Creative Department grows the demand of the product in the market through various methods and streams. We manage advertising, social media and website of the brand/product to develop and further increase the product engagement. Furthermore, the Analytics Department manages the pricing of the products of discounts and offers in respect to the value of the product and its competition.
