Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Monday – Saturday, flexible hours including evenings and nights (PKT / GMT+5).
I work daytime, evening, and night hours, so I can comfortably overlap with clients in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia time zones. Whatever your working hours, I can adjust mine to match — ensuring smooth, real-time communication. I respond to messages within a few hours, and within 24 hours at most.

Payment Terms

• Hourly projects: Billed weekly based on logged hours.
• Fixed-price projects: Split into milestones — typically 30% upfront to start, with the remaining balance released on milestone completion and final delivery.
• Small tasks / bug fixes: Full payment on completion, or 50% upfront for jobs.
• All payments processed securely through Guru SafePay.
• Revisions within the agreed scope are included; work outside the original scope is quoted separately before starting.

Preferred Communication Style
I prefer written communication (Guru messages, chat) so every requirement, decision, and update is documented in a clear written record we can both refer back to. This keeps the project transparent, avoids misunderstandings, and ensures nothing gets lost.

I provide regular written progress updates and am happy to jump on a short video/voice call for kickoffs or complex discussions — with a quick written summary afterward so everything stays documented.
