Work Terms
By hiring the services of Aazlam Digital, operated by freelance digital marketer Aslam, the client agrees to the following terms. Aazlam Digital provides SEO, SEM, SMM, Web Design, Graphic Design, and related digital marketing services. All projects require an advance payment before work begins, and full payment must be completed as per the agreed terms; delayed payments may pause the project, and refunds are not provided for completed or ongoing work. Clients must share accurate information, content, and necessary access on time, and delays from the client’s side may extend delivery. Each project includes a limited number of revisions, and additional changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges. All timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client response or external factors, though every effort will be made to deliver on time. Aazlam Digital does not guarantee specific results such as rankings, leads, or sales, as outcomes depend on competition, algorithms, and market conditions. All shared information will remain confidential, and final deliverables belong to the client only after full payment, while Aazlam Digital may use completed work for portfolio purposes unless requested otherwise. Clients may cancel a project at any time with written notice, but payments made are non-refundable, and completed work must be paid for. Aazlam Digital is not responsible for financial losses, account issues, or technical problems beyond control. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and by engaging the services, the client confirms they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
