your team hours every week ,automating the repetitive stuff, making your product personalise itself, and solving problems that used to need a human in the loop.
I lead Code Huddle, a tight-knit team of 25+ developers, designers, QA engineers and DevOps specialists. What makes us different from a typical agency is that everyone on the team is

Work Terms
Availability: This one's simple ,I work around you. Whatever timezone you're in, whatever hours your team operates, I make myself available to fit that.
Communication: I like keeping things simple and transparent.
Everything project-related stays in the Guru WorkRoom so nothing gets lost. For calls, I'm on Google Meet or Zoom ,usually able to jump on within 24 hours. On longer projects I send weekly updates proactively, so you always know where things stand without
having to chase me.
Payment: I work on fixed-price milestone contracts and hourly based projects. Before we
start, you get a clear breakdown of exactly what each milestone delivers and what it costs. You fund one milestone at a time,so you're never paying for work that hasn't happened yet. For
ongoing work, hourly retainers work great too.
