I have 5 years of experience as a Technical Support Representative and Customer Service Representative handling U.S customers and a Sales Representative for a year assisting Australian Customers.

I can provide email, chat, phone support and even upsell. I utilize all resources available, not just to satisfy the customer but to make sure that they have a positive experience with me. I usually get commended because of that attitude. With 6 years worth of training and practice, i have managed to hone my skills. I have strong data analysis, interpretation and problem solving skills. I also have solid attention to details and have good leadership and communication skills. I am always willing to learn and make sure that i have expertise with every product that i support to make sure that resolution is always delivered in a timely manner.

I am a full-time freelancer and can work Australian or U.S business hours.
