I have an MBA in Finance and worked in the corporate customer service field for 8 years, both as a Customer Service Agent and as Service Quality Assurance Manager at the second largest Telecom Operator in Bangladesh. I have been working both as an inbound and outbound customer service professional at Orascom Telecom PVT LTD, the Second Largest Mobile Phone Service Operator in Bangladesh.
