I am seeking to work for a company where I can be very useful, where I can enjoy working and where I can work from home. I have always done my best to ensure my clients are very satisfied with my work. I believe in developing a good lasting relationship with my clients through honest work. I have 3.5 years' experience in customer service.

I worked as a technical support executive at Sutherland global services for 10 months. I worked there as a phone support agent for three months and as a retention chat support agent for 7 months. It's a BPO and I worked for the client Symantec who makes security software like Norton Antivirus, Norton Internet Security etc. Our job was to retain customers who wanted to discontinue using Symantec products. Most of the time the issues were technical and we used to retain more than 90% of the unsatisfied customers.

I also worked as an analyst for Ocwen Loan Servicing for 1.3 years. I have been working as a virtual assistant handling emails for two clients for a year and a half through Upwork.

I am very good at following instructions and can work during the time schedule of your preference.
