Throughout my career I have built and supported products across media, health, sports and financial verticals. This has allowed me to experience the challenges of product development for many different business models and build a deep understanding of the different user classes that support them.

Most recently at GreenSky I have worked to create a consistent experience across all communication channels, as well as build products to help our sales team reach more customers. In addition to efforts that unify our presence, I am also responsible for implementing user experience best practices across our platforms and applications company wide, including our corporate website, customer portal, merchant portal and industry leading mobile app.

Beyond my experience at GreenSky, I have been developing/implementing product and process improvement changes for most of my career. Most recently at IBM Interactive, where I was tasked with rebuilding the Video On Demand platform used by their sponsored events clients, such as The Masters and US Open. Prior to that it was designing and implementing Digital Asset Management systems and processes for WebMD to be used by their consumer and professional production teams. Before that it was developing syndication platforms for Weather.com to enable their business development unit to build content partnerships without impacting operations.

Throughout my career I have excelled at solving complex business problems with a combination of technology and people. I have extensive experience managing vendors and remote development teams while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a connection with my users. I am eager to leverage this knowledge to help build new products and experiences for my next set of customers.

Work Terms

Available for remote work and minimal on site work. For small jobs, hourly pay is preferred, for large jobs a formal bid will be presented.
