Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
- I typically work Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
- However, I can adjust to different time zones for client meetings or project requirements.

Payment Terms:
- Hourly or Fixed-Price models are available depending on the project scope
- For fixed-price projects:
30% upfront
40% on milestone delivery
30% on final completion
- Weekly or milestone-based invoices for long-term engagements
- Payments are expected via Guru's SafePay for mutual transparency and security

Preferred Communication:
- I value clear and consistent communication
- Primary channels: Guru Messages, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp (on request)
- Regular progress updates are shared, with weekly review calls for ongoing projects
- I’m flexible and happy to match your preferred communication style

Project Management & Tools:
- Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Slack (as required)
- GitHub, Bitbucket, Figma, Adobe Suite, and standard dev tools for collaboration
