Work Terms

Payment
I prefer milestone-based or fixed-price agreements. A deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and approval.

Turnaround time
Standard delivery is within 2–3 business days for most tasks. For larger projects, a timeline will be agreed upon before starting. Rush delivery may be available upon request.

Revisions
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost, as long as the request is within the original project scope. Additional revisions beyond this may incur a small fee.

Communication
I am available Monday–Saturday and typically respond within 24 hours. Clear and detailed briefs help me deliver better results — the more information you provide, the better!

Project scope
Please provide a clear brief before the project starts. Any significant changes to the scope after work has begun may require a revised quote and timeline.

Confidentiality
All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential. I am happy to sign an NDA if required.
