Bio:
Hello! I’m Salvy Ann, but you can call me Ann. I’m a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with over 10 years of experience in customer service, technical support, administrative support, and remote work.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with different international accounts and clients handling administrative tasks, customer communication, CRM management, document processing, scheduling, data entry, and remote support. I also have experience working in legal support and insurance-related environments, where I managed documents, client records, reports, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks that required accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

I’m experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Clio Manage, Clio Grow, Sagitta, ImageRight, Oracle, Citrix, Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, Skype, Discord, and other remote collaboration tools. I’m comfortable managing calendars, emails, CRM updates, file organization, spreadsheets, customer support, and general administrative operations while working independently in fast-paced environments.

Aside from my professional experience, I’m also a working single mom of three, which helped me become highly organized, responsible, adaptable, and good at multitasking. I also run a small home coffee business and recently started creating affiliate content and videos, which helped me improve my creativity, communication, and time management skills even more.
