Work Terms

Standard Terms:
1. Hourly Pricing: We charge based on no. of hours we put to deliver the project. Our quality work represents and justifies our rate.
2. Hourly Rate: $25 per hour (+ tax as applicable)
3. Payment Terms: If the project is more than 1 week, we typically Bill our clients every week and the Client needs to pay within Two (2) Business Days on receipt of the Invoice. If the project is of less than 1 week, we typically Bill 20% of the estimated Budget upfront and on clearance of the Advance Payment, we initiate our work. Case-to-case basis, we're flexible based on the client requirement and mutually agreed consents.
4. Refund: We do not have any Refund Policy and we value our time and effort. We also expect our clients to understand and appreciate this.

Note: If the project is more than a month long or has a value worth more than $10,000 then we insist to follow a specific/ customized Agreement based on the project nature and criticality.
