Work Terms

Communication:
I'm available Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM (PKT) via Guru messages and WorkRoom, and I respond within a few hours. I keep clients updated throughout the project so there are no surprises — you'll know exactly where things stand at every step.
Payment Terms:
I work through Guru's SafePay system for full security on both sides. For smaller projects (under $50), full payment upfront is preferred. For larger projects, I'm happy to split payment into milestones (e.g., 50% to start, 50% on completion) so you only pay the remainder once you're satisfied with the direction of the work.
Revisions:
Your satisfaction matters most to me. I offer unlimited free revisions on every project to make sure the final design truly matches your vision. I'm flexible here — if we're close and just need small tweaks, I won't nickel-and-dime you over it.
File Delivery:
You'll receive final files in whatever format you need (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, etc.). Source/editable files are included on request — just let me know upfront so I can plan accordingly.
Turnaround Time:
Simple designs (logo, social post) are usually delivered in 1-3 hours. Larger projects (full branding, multiple deliverables) take 1-3 days. I'll always give you a clear, realistic timeline before we start — no vague promises.
Getting Started:
To give you the most accurate quote and fastest delivery, please share your project details, references, or examples of styles you like upfront. This helps me nail your vision faster and saves us both time on revisions.
