I am a performance-driven and dedicated Customer Relationship Officer with exceptional leadership skills and well-developed time management abilities which have proved to be crucial numerous times throughout the years.
At GSR360 Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria where Communications I’ve worked for over five years and currently the Director of Corporate Communications. I am known for proactive approach, exceptional work ethic, and determination to meet and exceed all assigned goals and objectives. I spend most of my work time handling customer’s inquiries, examining complaints, and managing and maintaining large customer databases. I also have participated in the development of new marketing strategies and conducted professional market research to discover industry trends, target market, and analyze customer behavior.
