I am known for proactive approach, exceptional work ethic, and determination to meet and exceed all assigned goals and objectives. I spend most of my work time handling customer’s inquiries, examining complaints, and managing and maintaining large customer databases. I also have participated in the development of new marketing strategies and conducted professional market research to discover industry trends, target market, and analyze customer behavior.
