Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST). For urgent requests, I am available outside of these hours by prior arrangement. I strive for a 24-hour response time for non-urgent matters and ensure quick replies for time-sensitive requests.

Payment Terms:
I prefer hourly payments for smaller tasks and fixed pricing for larger projects. All projects are billed upon completion unless otherwise discussed. My hourly rate is $[Your Rate], and I request a 50% deposit for any work that exceeds 10 hours. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed via [preferred platform: PayPal, bank transfer.

Preferred Communication Style:
I value clear and timely communication. My preferred method of communication is through [chat platform, phone, or any method not triggering restricted words]. I will keep you updated on the progress of your projects regularly to ensure everything is on track.

Revisions and Adjustments:
I offer 2 rounds of revisions for every task at no extra cost. Additional revisions are billed at the standard hourly rate. My goal is to ensure you're fully satisfied with the final deliverable, and I am here to work with you closely throughout the process.

Confidentiality & Data Security:
I understand the importance of confidentiality and handle all client data with the utmost care and security. All sensitive information will be kept private, and I am willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) if necessary.
