Work Terms
I offer customer support and virtual assistant services at an hourly rate of $15–$25, depending on the scope of work. Payments will be made weekly based on hours worked. I handle tasks such as live chat, order assistance, and general administrative duties, always focusing on clear, timely, and professional communication. My preferred method of communication is written to keep discussions organized and easy to reference. I am available during agreed working hours, responsive to messages, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work while adapting to brand guidelines and feedback as needed.
