Payment Structure & Milestones
Fixed-Price Projects: Divided into clear technical milestones. A standard structure is 25% upfront for architecture and environment setup, 25% at MVP or initial API design, 25% upon core feature completion, and 25% after final deployment and testing.
Hourly Contracts: Tracked transparently for DevOps troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance, or algorithmic trading script adjustments. Time logs include brief descriptions of completed technical tasks.
Communication & Workflow
Progress Updates: Weekly status reports detailing completed backend/frontend work, current blockers, and next steps.
Version Control Transparency: Clients are granted permission to a private repository early in the development cycle to monitor commits and review codebase progress.
Response Time: All queries, feedback, and pull request reviews will be addressed within 24 hours during standard business days.
Revisions & Scope Management
