I’ve built a career closing high-ticket deals and managing real assets. For over 10 years I’ve worked in international sales, negotiation, and client management – from leading a sales team at Telekom Slovenije (hitting 120 % of targets on major corporate contracts for optical and IP solutions), to advising investors on real estate and business deals, to acting as intermediary in oil & gas: connecting refineries across the Middle East, North America, and Europe with serious buyers. I handle the full cycle – LOI, ICPO, SPA, POP/POF, Q88, SGS inspections – where precision matters and one mistake costs big.
On the property side, I’ve been hands-on managing a 15-apartment portfolio in Ljubljana together with my friend. We run long-term rentals and several units on Airbnb. I handle everything practically: finding and screening tenants, preparing and negotiating lease agreements (fully Slovenian-law compliant), collecting rent/deposits/Airbnb payments, guest messaging, reviews, quick check-ins, cleaning & turnover coordination, repairs with trusted local contractors (plumbing, electrical, heating), move-in/out inspections, marketing to keep vacancies low, dynamic pricing, tourism tax compliance, and simple financial bookkeeping (Excel/calendars).
We’ve done accessibility adaptations where possible and keep things running smoothly for both long-term tenants and tourists – high occupancy, happy guests, strong reviews, low costs.
