I'm a highly experienced Customer Service professional with over 8 years experience with various US based companies as well and International. I have an exceptional history of providing excellent service to my clients with 100% Job Success and more than 13,000 hours worked. I have also been a team lead for a small group of individuals in Customer Support and Live Chat as well.

My English skills (both written and spoken) are great and I have excellent Customer Service exposure.

I have done a variety of customer service, i.e Phone team, Live chat, Emails and Zendesk support tickets. I have also worked in the payment processing area as well. I have a natural aptitude towards customer service as I'm very friendly and have a problem solving attitude. I'm very interactive and love talking to people and troubleshooting issues.

As for technical experience, I have some experience but haven't done that as my main job. I am willing to learn and add to my experience.

My Internet skills are exceptional and I feel very comfortable working on software and applications like Zendesk, Infusionsoft, Salesforce, MS Office, Google docs, etc.

I also have experience with Aweber, Clickfunnels and GoDaddy. I know how to build sales funnels.

Work Terms

I am available full time, 30+ hours per week. I am on EST zone and I am available from 7am - 5pm. Monday thru Friday.
Payment is due weekly or bi-weekly. I prefer to use Skype as a means of communicating but I am open to other options as well.
