CSSPlayer proclaims 100% Non-Disclosure Agreement Guarantee to prevent unauthorized access of client-owned "Confidential Information" to ensure for correct usage of the provided information. We assert that it will never be misused or depleted for any of our other clients.

GENERAL WORK TERMS
We are open to hourly proposals, dedicated hiring and fixed bid projects.

In the case of hourly payment, we can maintain an excel file and the details of billed hours sent to the client once in every week.

If any client wishes, they can go with our dedicated hiring package. This also saves almost 70% of clients cost.

Features of dedicated hiring package- A minimum of 176 hours put in every month. As a general rule we follow Indian time(10.00 AM to 7.00PM IST)- You are never charged for missed work days- We don't charge anything extra for setting up the process.

Project development on a fixed cost basis:

The payment terms depends on the nature of project.

For Project below US$500:
50% On award of contract
50% On project completion

For Project within US$500 to US$2000:
30% On award of contract
30% On the mid phase
40% escrow & release on project completion

For Project within US$2000 to US$5000:
25% On award of contract
25% On first phase completion
25% On second phase completion
25% On Testing and Final Delivery

For Project value over US$5000:
On Mutual Agreement and Consultation with the client

Money Back Guaranteed:

1. If client don not accept our work he can cancel the contract any time but there should be a reasonable way to decline contract with us in that case money will be return to company.
2. Taxable amount will not be returned to client in that case if client cancel the project.
