We Handle the Busy Work—You Focus on the Big Picture.
Hello! I’m Yen, and my journey into the virtual world began long before I ever heard the term “Virtual Assistant.” For almost seven years, I worked as an Admin Officer in a corporate environment where I wore many hats handling documentation, coordinating with different departments, managing schedules, and ensuring that everything behind the scenes ran smoothly. It was in that role I learned the value of being proactive, organized, and trustworthy qualities I carry with me today.
After leaving my corporate job, I took on a role as an Accounting Staff in the construction industry. There, I supported financial reporting, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping. This experience broadened my skill set and deepened my understanding of how operations and finance work together to drive a business forward. Despite not having formal experience as a VA, I realized my skills were not only transferable they were valuable in the virtual space.
During my free time, I immersed myself in learning more about the virtual assistant industry. I explored tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Trello, and communication platforms like Zoom and Gmail. I even took the initiative to study bookkeeping platforms like QuickBooks and Xero, and I continue to learn every day. My curious nature and love for systems drive me to improve, adapt, and support clients with excellence.
What makes me different? I’m not just here to “do tasks.” I take ownership. I look for gaps, streamline where I can, and bring calm to chaos. I enjoy solving problems before they reach your inbox and making sure things are done right quietly and efficiently.
At my core, I value integrity, reliability, and continuous learning. I believe the best support professionals are the ones who don’t just wait to be told what to do they observe, anticipate, and act. That’s how I operate.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about design and love using Canva to bring simple, clean visuals to life. I’m also a podcast junkie tuning in to stories about productivity, remote work, and modern entrepreneurship. And yes, I geek out over organizing digital folders and creating step-by-step processes just for fun.
Ultimately, I want to be known as someone who supports people and businesses not just with skills, but with care. I want to help entrepreneurs and growing teams focus on what they do best, while I handle the details that make everything run better.
If you're looking for someone dependable, easy to work with, and committed to your long-term success, I’d love to be that person for you.
