Diane took multiple roles to help clients to activate performance marketing solutions by leveraging the programmatic media ecosystem combined with the MarTech solution to speed up the digital transformation journey. Diane built a global media agency's first China Programmatic Solution depart in 2013.

Diane was Head of Performance Operations, and her primary focus was leading the business transition and operations for search engines and eCommerce for one of the biggest cosmetic brands. Built teams with 50+ people from scratch, internal/ external process design, and ecosystem partnerships (BATJ), negotiated for the annual deals, and made the capabilities and business management.
