Work Terms
Availability: Open to full-time, part-time, or project-based support. Flexible schedule with availability across different time zones.
Communication: Regular updates via e-mail, Zoom, or preferred client platforms (Slack, Teams, etc.). I value clear, timely, and transparent communication.
Turnaround Time: Standard response within 24 hours. Task deadlines are agreed upon before project start.
Confidentiality: All client information, documents, and communications are handled with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Tools & Platforms: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk), and travel booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Expedia). Open to learning client-specific tools.
Payment Terms: Flexible—hourly, weekly, or per-project basis. Payment method and schedule discussed prior to engagement.
