I am an expert of chat and email handling. I have 6 years of experience in chat and email handling of US, UK and Australian customers. I am very much proficient in shopify. I have handled replacements and refunds in shopify. I use to send invoices to customers if required. I use to add discounts if required. I have used Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk and SmarterTrack.

I have great phone skills as well as I have taken hours of sessions with my previous clients via phone in zoom and Google meet.
