Communication, team support and customer service are my primary focus. Responding to inquires in a timely fashion is a lost art, concern and genuine interest in problem solving are my value.

14 years supporting the multimedia publishing team in a high volume, fast paced office has given me a unique set of skills. Like the main hub of the tire, I have knowledge about each spoke on the wheel. The teams focus was medical & scientific publishing. I have a good general knowledge of the search engines, research tools and outlets in this venue. Essential tasks included revenue forecasting, tracking and trafficking projects. coordinating various teams of service providers from inception to publication, interacting with Executive Publishers, KOLs, VIPS and vendor service providers acting as the main facilitator and contact person for all. I managed invoicing and process payments as well as schedule travel amd coordinate trade show attendance.

Work Terms

Hours of operation a flexible as per time zones and needs, prefer 10-5PM Eastern Standard time. Payment must be made within 30 days of job completion though the Guru system. Communication must be through the Guru message system. Rate is $12/hour.
