Work Terms
Hours & Availability:
I am available for both part-time and full-time assignments, as well as flexible and recurring engagements. My standard working hours are 9-5 EST and IST, with reliable response times for urgent requests.
Communication:
All communication will be handled professionally and promptly via Guru, or preferred messaging platforms. Regular updates on project status and deliverables will be provided.
Payment Terms:
Payment can be arranged via Guru’s SafePay system, either on an hourly, milestone-based, or recurring schedule based on client preference.
Invoices will be submitted weekly/monthly, or at project milestones. All work begins upon project agreement and SafePay setup.
Confidentiality:
I uphold strict confidentiality and privacy for all client information and sensitive business matters. NDAs can be signed upon request.
Quality Assurance:
I commit to delivering work on time, meeting agreed-upon performance standards, and making revisions (if needed) to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaboration:
I am open to regular check-ins, calls, and collaborative meetings. I use project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Asana, and others as needed.
Scope of Work:
All work terms, scope, and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon before starting. Any changes to scope will be discussed and confirmed in writing via Guru’s WorkRoom.
Feedback & Reviews:
I value transparent feedback to continuously improve service, and appreciate reviews upon completion of assignments for future client reference.
