I am an entry-level IT Support professional focused on providing reliable Help Desk Level 1 assistance through clear communication and structured guidance.
I work exclusively with remote support, assisting users with basic computer and system-related issues, user orientation, first-level troubleshooting, and issue identification. My role is to help users resolve simple problems, understand their systems, and ensure proper escalation when an issue goes beyond first-level support.
I hold a Technical Degree in Information Technology and currently work as a Technical Monitor, where I assist users with technical questions, system usage, and basic troubleshooting in computing environments.
I value clear communication, patience, and responsibility when working with users. My goal is to provide dependable remote support while keeping expectations clear and maintaining a professional and respectful service experience.

• All services are provided 100% remotely.
• Support is limited to Help Desk / Level 1 tasks.
• I do not provide on-site support or advanced technical services.
• Tasks outside the defined scope will be properly identified and communicated.
• Clear instructions and cooperation from the client are required for remote assistance.
• Working hours are flexible and agreed upon before starting the task.
