Work Terms
Hours of Operation & Communication:
• Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EAT). Available for urgent weekend requests upon agreement.
• Communication: All project discussions, files, and updates strictly take place via the Guru message center for transparency.
• Response Time: Messages answered within 2–4 hours during business hours.
Project Scope & Revisions:
• Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions within 7 days of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Major Rewrites / Extra Work: Any changes outside the initial project requirements will be scoped and billed separately.
Payment & Terms:
• Payment Security: Work begins once safe-pay milestones are funded on Guru.
• Standard Turnaround: 24–48 hours for standard writing and data entry tasks. Large/bulk projects will follow agreed milestone schedules.
