Work Terms
Availability:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (GMT+7). Weekend availability can be arranged for active projects when necessary.
Response Time:
Usually within a few hours during working hours.
Communication:
Guru Messages and WorkRoom are preferred for project communication, requirements, files, milestones, and progress updates.
Project Terms:
Requirements, deliverables, timeline, and acceptance criteria will be agreed upon before work begins. Significant changes in scope will be discussed before additional work is started.
Fixed-Price Projects:
Milestone-based agreements are preferred for larger projects. Small and clearly defined tasks can be completed as a single milestone.
Hourly Projects:
Time and progress will be tracked according to the agreed scope and priorities.
Payment:
Guru SafePay is preferred for payment protection.
Revisions:
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. New features or requirements outside the original scope will be handled separately.
Delivery:
Depending on the project, delivery may include source code, project files, setup instructions, test results, and relevant documentation.
Confidentiality:
Client source code, credentials, business information, and project data will be treated as confidential.
