Work Terms
๐ ๏ธ Working Terms & Collaboration Guidelines
To ensure a smooth, transparent, and successful partnership, I follow these professional work terms:
Availability & Time Zone: Available for project discussions and updates Monday through Saturday. I closely monitor and adapt to international time zones (including EST/PST and GMT) to ensure timely communication and seamless collaboration.
Payment Terms: I accept payments securely through Guruโs SafePay escrow system. For fixed-price contracts, milestones should be funded before work begins on each phase. For hourly tasks, accurate time-tracking will be provided.
Communication Preference: All primary project discussions, briefs, and official updates must be conducted through the Guru Workroom to keep a transparent and organized record. I am highly responsive to messages and provide regular progress updates.
Revisions & Handover: Every project includes dedicated revision rounds to fine-tune the designs to perfection. Upon project completion and final payment release, all high-resolution, print-ready, and source files (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG) will be promptly delivered.
