Work Terms
1. Project Inquiry & Brief
Clients must provide a detailed project brief outlining objectives, target audience, brand guidelines (if any), timeline, deliverables, and reference materials.
2. Quote & Agreement
Upon receiving the brief, I will issue a detailed quote specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost.
A signed agreement (digital or printed) is required before work commences.
3. Payment Terms
🔸 Deposit: 50% of the project fee is required to initiate work.
🔸 Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due upon delivery and client approval of final files.
4. Timeline & Milestones
Projects are delivered within the agreed timeline.
Milestones (e.g., concept presentation, revisions, final delivery) will be communicated upfront.
Delays caused by client feedback may extend the delivery date.
5. Revisions
The quote includes up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable.
Additional revisions beyond this will be billed at hourly rate ($[X]/hour) or a flat fee (as agreed).
6. File Delivery & Formats
Upon final payment:
Source Files: Editable formats (.AI, .PSD, .INDD, .FIGMA, etc.) — only if specified in the quote.
Final Files: Print-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed & crop marks) and digital (RGB, optimized web formats: .JPG, .PNG, .PDF).
7. Rights & Ownership
Client receives a license to use the final delivered designs for their intended commercial purpose.
Designer retains the original artwork files and copyright unless a full rights transfer is purchased separately (additional fee).
8. Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled before completion, the deposit is non-refundable (covers time, research, and concepts created).
If cancelled after final delivery, no refund applies.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, project details, and assets are treated with strict confidentiality.
10. Communication
Primary communication via mail or designated project management tool (Teams, WhatsApp, Slack, Trello, Asana). Response time: within 24 business hours.
