Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT / GMT+1). I maintain a flexible schedule to ensure a minimum of 3-4 hours of daily overlap with clients in North American (EST/CST) and European (GMT/CET) time zones for real-time collaboration and stand-ups.

Payment Terms: I work exclusively through Guru's SafePay system to ensure mutual protection. For project milestones, I accept Fixed-Price or Task-Based terms (minimum $25 budget). For ongoing operational support, I accept Hourly terms tracked via Guru’s Time Tracker, or fixed Recurring Weekly Retainers.

Preferred Communication Style: Asynchronous project updates are handled directly inside the Guru WorkRoom or via email. For real-time daily syncs, team collaboration, and quick clarifications, I am fully active on Slack. I am also available for scheduled weekly progress calls via Google Meet or Zoom.
