Initial onboarding involves a detailed discussion to understand your specific workflow and preferred tools.

2. Communication & Availability:

Preferred Channel: Platform messaging for general tasks; instant messaging for quick decisions or urgent needs.

Core Hours: My primary availability for communication and work execution is 4:00 PM to 11:59 PM (Local Time Zone: GMT+6), Monday through Friday.

Response Time: I guarantee a response to all urgent requests within 2 hours during core hours.

3. Payment Terms:

All work is secured through Guru's SafePay system, using time documentation for hourly work.

Payment preference is for weekly invoicing for continuous hourly contracts.

I commit to transparent work documentation and reporting for all services rendered.
