In 2023, I had an exceptional experience with customer service through chat and e-messages. Managing customers' emotional requests, processing refunds and replacements, tracking deliveries, and offering promotional discounts. I am capable of making challenging decisions and possess the maturity and patience to manage business issues.
As of today, 2025, I've worked as an administrative assistant at the National Center for Mental Health, under the Claims Unit. The company may sound familiar, but yes, it is a psychiatric hospital. Processing claims, record management, data entry, coordination with officers to other offices, monitoring and updating accounts receivable report, and customer assistance. I am using software like google workspace and microsoft to work efficiently and effectively in a company.
I am also an entrepreneur graduate, and from there, I learned how to manage a business from scratch. In God's grace, my sister and I started a small, customized cake business in our home during the pandemic, and we have managed to operate it to this day. Taking and scheduling customers' orders with complete details via the Blue app thus using google calendar and keeps to record and track customers order, designing shop layout and packaging to reflect brand identity, and creating marketing strategies (social media, promotions, loyalty programs).
My experience in this kind of job allows me to open new opportunities for client who need to lighten their workload. I am excited to share my skills and the knowledge I've gained as an entrepreneur.
