As the industry evolved, so did my focus—leading me into **customized souvenirs, printing services, and graphic design**. Over time, the growing demand for visual storytelling and digital support allowed me to expand into **design and VA services**, helping clients streamline their workflow while maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence.What truly sets my work apart is its **purpose**. Work Terms

1. Scope of Work
All services will be based on the agreed scope discussed before the project starts. Any additional requests beyond the original scope may require an updated timeline and additional fee.
2. Payment Terms
* Payment is required **before work begins**, unless otherwise agreed.
* For larger projects, a **50% down payment** may be required, with the balance due upon completion.
* Rush or express services may include an **additional fee**.
3. Revisions
* A set number of revisions is included, depending on the service package.
* Additional revisions beyond the included limit may be charged accordingly.
* Revisions refer to minor adjustments, not complete redesigns.
4. Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines begin once all required materials (content, references, approvals) are received. Delays in client feedback may affect the final delivery date.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner. I am not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete client-provided materials.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
Final designs are released to the client **after full payment is completed**.
I reserve the right to display completed work in my **portfolio or social media**, unless otherwise requested.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
* Cancellations after work has started are **non-refundable**.
* No refunds for completed or approved work.
8. Communication
All project communication will be done through the agreed platform to ensure clarity and proper documentation.
