Work Terms
**Hours of Operation:**
I’m available **Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)**. I’m flexible with time zones and can adjust meeting hours for international clients when needed.
**Payment Terms:**
* Payments are accepted through **Guru’s SafePay system** for secure transactions.
* For fixed-price projects: **Milestone-based payments** are preferred.
* For hourly projects: Billing is done **weekly** based on actual hours worked.
* Work begins once the initial milestone or SafePay fund is set up.
**Communication:**
I believe in clear and transparent communication throughout the project.
Preferred channels include **Guru messages** for meetings and updates.
Regular progress reports and quick responses ensure smooth collaboration and on-time delivery.
**Additional Terms:**
* Minor revisions are included to ensure complete satisfaction.
* All project files and deliverables will be handed over upon final payment.
* I maintain full confidentiality of client data and project details.
