I am skilled in communicating with clients over phone, chat and email. I have experience with Live Chat Support with AT&T Mobility and am eager to

I get the chance to work as a technical support representative with 3 residential services which is phone, internet and cable. I am very familiar with common technical issues. I also get the chance to work as a billing support specialist with AT&T postpaid accounts.
I also worked as a virtual assistant for a year now that includes data entry as one of my tasks. And because of that I'm very familiar with the tools needed for this kind of job such us Microsoft excel, Google docs etc.
