Availability & Working Hours
I am available MondayβFriday, 9:00 AM β 7:00 PM GMT+3 (Moscow time).
I typically respond to messages within 1β4 hours during working hours (often faster).
Outside these hours or on weekends, responses may take up to 12β24 hours.
For urgent/rush projects, I offer 24/7 availability with prior agreement (+ extra fee for off-hours).
Payment Terms
Preferred platforms: Guru SafePay (escrow protection) or direct milestone/hourly billing.
Payment structure:
β 30β50% upfront deposit (required for new clients or projects $500) to start work.
β Balance via milestones (upon approval of key deliverables) or full payment on completion for smaller jobs.
β Hourly: tracked via Guru timesheet or detailed reports.
Invoices & due dates: Issued immediately upon milestone approval or delivery. Net-7 (payment due within 7 days).
Late payments: 1.5β2% late fee per week after due date; work pauses if overdue.
Methods: Guru built-in (preferred), PayPal, Wise, bank transfer (for larger projects). No crypto unless pre-agreed.
Communication Style & Preferences
Primary channel: Guru messaging / WorkRoom (keeps everything documented and protected).
Preferred tools: Email for formal briefs/approvals, Zoom/Google Meet for quick calls (15β30 min) or deep discussions.
Style: Direct, professional, proactive. I provide clear updates, ask targeted questions, share progress previews early, and deliver structured feedback requests.
Response time: Usually under 2 hours during business hours.
Revisions & approvals: Unlimited minor revisions included; major changes after approval may require additional milestones.
