Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Specialist / Community Manager
As a freelance journalist who studied English in Ireland for a year, I can provide excellent service in both English and Spanish languages.
I started my career as a Spanish-language writer and translator, writing and editing articles for SEO purposes.
After a while, I began providing services as a Virtual Assistant. I have worked with several online tools to accomplish tasks related to social media, data management, translations (from English to Spanish), SEO, document management, and many more.
My experience as a Community Manager has involved the management of Social Media platforms such as Facebook (personal profiles, pages, and groups), Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn (personal and business profiles), and YouTube channels.
As a Customer Service Specialist, I have provided support for several organizations and businesses, mainly in Spanish. However, in recent times, I started providing this service in the English language through platforms such as HelpDesk.
I speak Spanish natively and English fluently. Also, I can understand the basic concepts of Italian and Portuguese languages.
