Full-Stack Developer | Go, React & TypeScript | AWS Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment

I'm a full-stack developer specializing in building and deploying production-ready web applications using Go, React, and TypeScript. My recent work spans real-time systems (low-latency audio streaming with AWS S3, CloudFront, and HLS), modern frontend architectures (React/TypeScript with MUI and Tailwind CSS), and robust backend services (Go/Fiber/GORM APIs). I handle the full lifecycle — from database design and API development to AWS deployment, custom domain configuration, and CI/CD. I'm comfortable debugging tricky integration issues (CSS conflicts, auth flows, cloud region mismatches) and turning ambiguous requirements into working, shippable features. Based in Uganda, I work async-friendly across time zones and communicate clearly throughout the project.

Work Terms

I typically work on fixed-price milestones for well-scoped projects, or hourly for ongoing development and maintenance work. I provide regular progress updates (at least every 2-3 days) and am available for video calls for kickoff and key milestones. For new clients, I usually start with a smaller paid trial task or a clearly defined first milestone before committing to larger engagements. Revisions within the agreed scope are included; additional features or significant scope changes are quoted separately. I require 50% upfront for fixed-price projects over $200, with the balance due on delivery. Standard response time is within 24 hours on business days
