Work Terms

GETTING STARTED

Let’s consider a Business Plan project example as a typical project...

This may start with you providing the outcome requirements such as the scope of work, the objectives,deliverables. project plan etc.

I provide a project checklist to simplify providing the important information.

When all is understood we agree on a project plan/agreement. For example, this could include a 3-stage deliverables process such as:
1. Project establishment, Project clarification, Review existing docs, Checklist completion & Plan template agreement
2. Research and Analysis (Risk/Market/Competitor etc.), Financial Projections, Draft Documentation (Deliverable 2: Payment on delivery)
3. Edits and final version - May include Infographics if needed (Deliverable 3: Payment on delivery)
Business coaching often occurs along the way.

APPROACH

So, for each project, maybe you and I can use a process such as the following:
• Confirm the project, the deliverables and fees… and any other requirements/expectations
• Discuss your business ideas/requirements for the project
• Identify a preferred business strategy and processes
• Review and expand on the information you already have
• Determine your requirements for the look and structure of required documentation for it to be engaging and compelling
Maybe you have a document template - If not I can provide one… or we create one for each project.

OTHER

I can provide samples of my work beyond what is currently in my portfolio if required, but conditions may apply as I must respect previous clients work because of commercial-in-confidence agreements

Scope changes may be needed and must be agreed and signed off (if necessary with an agreed fee adjustment clearly shown). Either party can request changes but both parties sign off.
This may include additional milestones or deliverables.

We can agree on other work terms based on the requirements of the project.
