My mission is to provide excellent customer service with integrity, politeness, and friendliness.

I have been working with customers since I started working four years ago. I have worked face to face with customers as well as over the phone and at my computer. I really believe all customers need to be treated with respect whether they are purchasing something or are in the delinquent status on their account.

Work Terms
