Work Terms
Availability:
Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PKT). Flexible for urgent support outside these hours upon request.
Communication Style:
Prefer clear, timely updates via messaging tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack) or phone calls. I respond within 1 hour during business hours.
**Payment Terms:** Hourly rate applies. Minimum project budget: $25. Payment accepted via Guru’s SafePay system.
Support Model:
Remote access via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar tools. On-site support available locally in Mingora, Pakistan.
I provide detailed documentation for all resolved issues and follow structured troubleshooting methods to ensure long-term stability.
