Work Terms
1. Availability
I am available 6 days a week for project work and communication.
Preferred working hours: 9:00 AM β 7:00 PM (IST)
I respond to messages within 1β3 hours.
2. Communication
Primary communication through Guru messages, WhatsApp, or email.
Video calls can be scheduled upon request for clarity on project requirements.
Regular updates and previews will be shared during the project.
3. Payment Terms
Payments should be released through Google pay , Pay pal , Paytm only.
For projects above $100:
50% upfront to start the project
50% on final delivery
Hourly projects will be tracked as per Guruβs Work Room guidelines.
4. Project Process
Requirement Collection β You provide the brief, references, brand guidelines, and needed content.
Initial Concepts β I deliver 2β4 concepts depending on the package.
Revisions β Includes 2β5 rounds of revisions (based on project size).
Final Delivery β High-quality files in PNG / JPG / PDF / AI / PSD / SVG formats.
5. Revisions Policy
Revisions are included only as mentioned in the package.
Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur extra charges.
6. Turnaround Time
Normal delivery: 24β72 hours depending on the complexity.
Urgent delivery is available for an extra fee.
7. Ownership & Copyright
Once the project is fully paid, you receive 100% rights and ownership of the final approved design.
Drafts, unselected concepts, and initial sketches remain my intellectual property unless purchased separately.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are available if no work has been delivered.
No refunds after delivering initial concepts, due to time invested.
