I worked for a Business Process Outsourcing company as a customer service/technical/billing/sales chat specialist for 9 years for a US account. I resolve all technical, billing and sales inquiries. I worked as a floor support or officer in charge and was trained for leadership development. Also, I have almost 2 years experience as a retention specialist for dial up internet account. I worked in an office environment for 4 years as a logistics supervisor and mainly process orders, communicate directly with international clients and deliver goods to local customers.

Work Terms
